We don't store your payment information such as credit card number, bank account number, pin, etc with us. Your payment request is handled by our payment gateway provider and your designated bank for a specific online payment.
We support event organisers and their Buyers in providing the cancellation and refund. In case , if the event organiser decides to cancel his/her event and decides to process the refund whether , we as a platform provider help process the refund. The timeline of the refund is 7-10 working days from the date the event organiser process the refund for each of the buyers. in this regard, post the initiation of the cancellation, an email is sent to the buyer informing that the refund has been processed.
If the event organiser decides to process the refund for one or more of its buyer based on the Buyer-Organiser communication & agreement, we as a platform provider do support the endeavor and allow the completion of the cancellation and refund process. The timeline of the refund is 7-10 working days from the date the event organiser process the refund for each of the buyers. in this regard, post the initiation of the cancellation, an email is sent to the buyer informing that the refund has been processed.
In case your payment resulted in unsuccessful ticket buying, we support you by providing information and forward your request to payment gateway providers to initiate the refund through the instrument of transaction that was used to Initiate the transaction by you.
If Explara cancel the Service in its entirety without any cause, then we will refund to you, on a pro-rata basis the amount of your payment corresponding to the portion of your Service remaining right before such cancellation. Otherwise all payments to Explara for services are non-refundable. This includes any one time setup fee and subsequent charges regardless of usage. All overcharges or billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of the time the dispute occurred. If you dispute a charge to your credit card issuer that, in Explara's sole discretion is a valid charge under the provisions of the Terms of Service, you agree to pay Explara an "Administrative Fee".
