Zardosi Hand Embroidery: by Ansari Shahid Hussain

'Zar' meaning gold and 'Dozi' meaning embroidery in Persian, Zardosi is one of a kind handicraft prevalent since the time of Rig Veda. Participate in this mesmerizing craft and learn to grow three-dimensional flowers and leaves using a thread and a needle. Ansari Shahid Hussain has the unique distinction of creating art work of Heritage Monuments using Zardosi Craft. He is part of EU sponsored Ahmedabad Heritage Ventures Limited (AHVL) project.
