More on Startup Weekend
Startup weekend is a non-profit organization is headquartered in Seattle, Washington which has organizers and facilitators, found in over 200 cities around the world.
All Startup Weekend events follow the same basic model: anyone is welcome to pitch their startup idea and receive feedback from their peers. Teams organically form around the top ideas as determined by popular vote and then it’s a 54 hour frenzy of business model creation, coding, designing, and market validation.
Current event is a general Startup Weekend Edition where participants are required to pitch their raw idea which could be in any vertical/theme like Technology, Education, Health, Disability, Environment, etc. and work on building a Minimum Viable Product MVP thus propelling them to take their idea to the next stage.
