Le Meastrio is a band of three individual guitarists Pierre Louyriac, Pierre Bernon and Symon Savignoni - classical guitar, flamenco guitar and jazz guitar!

Pierre Bernon - classical guitar Gold Medal of Montpellier conservatory, Pierre is a uncommon musician. He spend a long time traveling around the world to learn latin, algerian and gypsy music. He meet and he played with some musicians of Aretha Franklin in USA, Cesaria Evora in Cape Verde and big brasilian musician like Roberto Mendes. Guitarist, Upright bassist, composer and professor, a lot of organizations call him for his talents ( Superior Institut of Cuzco - Peru -, Theaters Companies for musical creation…).

Symon Savignoni - gyspsy jazz guitar From a big family of musicians, Symon discovers Django Reinhardt music very young. He studied gypsy jazz music with serge Krief and christophe Lartilleux and became graduated of the ATLA School in 2008. He’s own trio born in 2010, The Savignoni Trio, and he played a lot in all occidental Europe.

Pierre Louyriac - flamenco guitar He grew up in a gypsy quarter of Montpellier, the same as Manitas de Plata and a part of the gypsy kings. It was natural for him fall in love for flamenco music. He goes back to the origins of this culture living in Cordoba. He graduated of Superior Conservatory of Courdoue, his professors were Manolo Franco, Jose Antonio Rodriguez and the big flamenco player Emilio Maya. CALCUTTA INTERNATIONAL CLASSICAL GUITAR FESTIVAL Le Maestrio will be performing as part of the 8th edition of the Calcutta International Classical Guitar Festival held from 15-17 December 2017 at the ICCR, Kolkata. This edition of the festival is titled ¡¡ Guitarra Latina !! and will be celebrating Latin America. Guitar music from Brazil, Mexico, Uruguay and music from the region will be in focus for this festival.
