The Diversity & Inclusion Masterclass is bifurcated into 3 sessions where participants will understand, plan and implement their diversity and inclusion strategy to create a Great Place to Work® FOR ALL™

Series 1

• Understanding levers of an inclusive workplace.
• Baselining current level of inclusion in your workplace.
• Improvising D&I goals in response to the levers of holistic inclusion.

Series 2

• Reflecting on Self Change and its impact on Organizational Change: Understanding our own implicit biases & beliefs, as well as its impact on the D&I practitioner role.
• Positioning of the D&I philosophy: Managing Representation, Communication, Culture, & Stakeholders.
• Reflecting on a Communication strategy to drive and manage stakeholder perceptions.

Series 3

• Approaches to influence resistance and reduce threats.
• Outlining the immediate steps of the D&I execution strategy (Feasibility, Timeline,
  Execution and Governance).
• Identifying metrics that will measure impact through Best Practices in D&I Analytics and Dashboard Samples.
