This walk will take you to some of the lanes in Old Delhi where we will be exploring the age old yet withering cultures and traditions associated with the festive season. The walk will start from the vibrant market of Sita Ram Bazaar where we will hear stories of Navratra and the Devi and decode the age old rituals. From there we wander into the enchanting lane of Kucha Pati Ram where we will meet a Behrupiya artist inside a Haveli and get to know more about the dying art form. Thereafter we will visit an old household temple where we will meet our cute little ‘Tesu’ and discover his relationship with Gulzar!

And in between all this, we will stop over for some local homemade Kulfi.

The walk will conclude with a dance-musical enactment of lesser known Ramayanas especially those from the perspective of Ravana.
