With an ever evolving startup eco-system, we see a variety of new startups scripting success stories like never before. The number of people interested in starting up or joining a startup is growing rapidly. This brings with it a specific challenge - of Structuring the Equity. One of the most valuable aspects of a startup is the equity and not handling it with care can lead to disastrous consequences. Equity related disputes/challenges are far too common in a startup than we can ever imagine. It is a classic founders dilemma of "how much is too much!".
In an effort to clear the air around structuring the equity, we bring to you a set of startup founders and eminent panelists who share insights on various aspects of Equity in a startup.
